Cap: Up to HK$10,000 per incident or 100% of your annual service fee, whichever is lower.
Exclusions: Excludes delays caused by late, inaccurate, or incomplete client documentation; third-party delays (such as independent auditors); IRD tax payment late surcharges; or events beyond reasonable control.
